About Rich Kelley

Rich was born in Providence, Rhode Island, but spent most of his youthful years in the lakes region of new Hampshire. He joined the Air Force after graduating from high school and was stationed at the Civil Engineering Squadron at Mac Dill AFB in Tampa Florida as an Air Force Carpenter.
After four years of authoritarian rule and low pay, the Florida heat and humidity, he decided it was time for a change. He relocated to the Great White North in 1980. In the early 1980's, Rich made a living swinging his hammer, calling bingo for local associations, and studied business at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. In the spring of 1985, Rich entered into a tough (understated) Fairbanks real estate market. Throughout the years he has worked in many segments of the industry and with a host of brokerages. His combined experiences have made him the seasoned veteran Broker he is today.
